The 32nd edition of the Cinema Professional Days, the most important event in the film industry, organized by the Anec in cooperation with the Anem and Anica, takes place again in the enchanting town of Sorrento.  

A wonderful resort in Sorrento Coast, not far from Amalfi Coast, Sorrento prepares itself to welcome, from November 30th to December 6th 2009, the professional world of cinema: over 2,000 people foreseen among shopkeepers, distributors, film directors, authors, exposers and journalists.  

The programme of the show provides for, as according tradition,  the presentation of the new films, conventions, round tables and debates about the world of cinema.
The kermis will be housed in three main locations:  the Hilton Sorrento Palace, a gravitational centre of the whole show, the  Cinema Theatre Armida and  Tasso Square, the core of life in the town of Sorrento.  

The participants to the Cinema Professional Days will have a wide choice as for what concerns the accommodation facilities where to stay: Sorrento, in fact,  is renowned for its exceptional tourist offer and for its numerous restaurants, clubs and coffee bars where to spend pleasant relaxing moments. 
The organizer responsible for the Cinema Professional Days,  Remigio Truocchio, has confirned the opening to the public of some sections of the show and has contacted many people to have  important international figures in Sorrento.
The crediting for the show is foreseen for the categories Print, Film Industry, Distributors and Shopkeepers. The crediting proceedings  can be made on line on the web site dedicated to the show www.giornatedicinema.it from October 5th to November 15th 2009.
On the occasion of the event, as in the previous editions,  the Golden Tickets will be awarded, a prize for the actors and distributors of the most successful films in 2009.
